Parent Teacher Organization for Exceptional Children - PTOEC

I coached for PTOEC Special Olympics Flag Football for a few years, one of the most enjoyable time and great experiences that i'm glad to be apart of. One year I decided to get new football jerseys made for all the kids, i asked Belleville Police & Fire and City staff including Mark to help donate to purchase the jerseys. Everyone came through and was able to get each kid their own jersey with name on the back, they were so happy and loved them. I asked Mayor Eckert and some of the police and Fire to come to help give out jerseys to the kids. Mark said tell me when and where Rich. It was a great day that i'll never forget!!!!!

lucy EckertThank you so much for sharing, Rich! PTOEC has been an important part of my life. I knew Dad helped the organization when he could, but I never knew about this!
