To My Momma
I met my future Mother-in-law when I was only 17. She impressed me even then, raising one of the smartest young men I had known. And she would be the first to tell you he was that smart thanks to her. My Momma welcomed me into her home and eventually her family. Thanks to her I have a my own beautiful family and two of the brightest, most beautiful children. I said thank you to her as often as I could. And she said you're welcome because she believed she and my mother were the sole reason her grandbabies are so smart and talented. At least she shared the credit with someone, cuz it wasn't with Kevin or myself. 😊 I love her and I hope I can measure up to the legacy of mothering she left us. Thank you, again, Momma.
