33rd Birthday

33. Your first birthday in heaven. 89 days without you here. Somehow I have a feeling you ended up being the life of the party up there too. Happy Birthday Bubba. 🩵 I love you forever.

My shining light

Where do I even begin to talk about the life of Jeremy. I could talk about how we met. It was through Kaelin because she was worried about Jeremy. Or I could talk about how proud I was when he asked me to be his favorite teacher during a teacher celebration at an Oak Ridge baseball game. None of these or others would tell so many who Jeremy was and why he was so special. I love Jeremy Dryer. What a fantastic person you are. (I am going to write as if I am speaking to Jeremy because I know he hears all we say). What a loving and caring person you always were to so many, whether you knew them or not. You were a bright beacon of light who shined down on anybody who came in contact with you Jeremy. You were always there to lend a hand, or help somebody in need, or even go up to bat for people you didn't know. Your light shined upon many people, some that you don't even realize. You always brightened my day whenever I saw you or when I had you in class. You have one of the biggest caring hearts that I have ever seen. YOU TOOK CARE OF EVERYBODY!! You wanted everybody to laugh and have fun. What a trait that is for you to be know for the most!! But that caring for others and the light you helped shine down on everybody else was also the reason why you did have hard times in your life. You cared so much about others that you didn't always care about yourself. You loved others but you didn't love the most important person, YOU!! You hated to ask for help when you needed it. I could see it in your face when you were having a tough time but something inside of you kept you from reaching out and asking for help when you needed it the most. Your greatest character trait was also the hardest one for you to do for yourself!! But I know you well enough to know that you would not change that for anything or anybody. Now we are left to grieve for you down here while you are still helping others in Heaven by our Heavenly Father. I ask why did God want you so bad right now at such a young age? That is a question that we won't have the answer for but I think I know what God would tell us. God wanted Jeremy to shine that bright light down on not only us who knew him but on so many others who need the love Jeremy had to give. So Jeremy, I will always remember you and when I do see or feel that bright light shining down from above, I know that is you trying to take care of me, your family and everybody you have come in touch with. One day we will be together again and I can't wait to see you because I know you will have so many others around you just like you had here on Earth. KEEP ON SHINING THAT LIGHT!!! GOD BLESS YOU, I LOVE YOU, AND I WILL MISS YOU UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!

From Coach Parker- Fly High Angel

Some people leave footprints on your heart that never fade. ❤️ Today, I’m remembering one of my favorite sibling duos of all time. A life taken far too soon, yet a legacy of laughter, kindness, and unforgettable memories remains. I’ll never forget his sense of humor, the way he could make everyone laugh, and the joy he brought to those around him. His smile was contagious, his spirit was larger than life, and his presence made every room a little brighter. While time continues to move forward, some people are never truly gone. They live on in our stories, our memories, and the pieces of our hearts they helped shape. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered. You will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️🐾

Jeremy.

I hope you know how loved you were & will forever be. Living states apart growing up might’ve created distance physically but you always made up for it. Your “hey cuzzo! Hope you’re doing good, come visit soon!” messages will live rent free in my head. It hurts my heart knowing what it took for you to feel at peace here on earth but to know you are rejoicing in heaven now with the rest of our family helps just a little. Our birthday month is coming up so I’ll celebrate for the both of us in August. May your soul finally be at rest lovely boy. -Your Cuzzo

Jeremy

I will never forget all the trips to the lake and the memories that we made together. You always made everyone laugh and made sure everyone was having a good time. Your affectious personality made everyone feel immediately welcome in a room. In High School we had aquatic science class together and it was my favorite class because I would always show up and see what shenanigans Jeremy was up to. I could always count on him to make my day a little better! Todd, Karla and Kaelin I am thinking of y’all during this incredibly difficult time. I am always a phone call away (with plenty of stories of Jeremy and I). Rest in peace Jeremy, you will never be forgotten. -Cade Cyr

Gone from us now but never forgotten

I only met you once years ago but when I did you talked like we had been friends forever. You were one of the most friendliest, politest, and unforgettable teenager I remember meeting. I hope you continue sending your sweet signs to your loved ones. You and your family will always be in my prayers. 🙏 Janet Averett

Forever in our hearts

Jeremy… Like Tyler you ran ahead of your family to Heaven. I hope he met you there and welcomed you with his beautiful smile. He was probably sarcastic as well. I enjoyed watching you grow and become an adult. I know life was not easy or fair and much of your adulthood was tough. Just know you were loved, and your family has so many loved ones rallying together to get them to a point of peace. Your journey here was short but full of adventure-you battled and God saw the warrior in you so He snagged you from us. His purpose was greater than we could ever imagine. Thank you for always being a great big brother to my girls and they will return the favor and be there for Kae every day. Forever in our hearts-we will always keep your memory alive JD. Now go fly with my Tyler and watch over all of us. The Dillers

my bruddder

Bubba, just wanted to test out this app I set up for you & it seems to be pretty cool. still doesn't feel like you're gone forever. You know I'll be visiting you often. Kyla brought you a rubber ducky & a USA 250 year flag for Memorial Day. she somehow snuck the rubber ducky back in the car though but we will get it to you. I love you & think of you all day every day. thanks for the cross necklace you dug up for us. There is no denying that was you all the way from heaven!! Keep watching over all of us please. Our family will never be the same again but we know we have the coolest guardian angel around. Always on the look out for cardinals & butterflies! love you forever & always. -your baby sister
