Sandra Lee Wing
I hope you dance
Sandra was a long time resident of Woburn. Her family grew up having great summers on good hope lane off of school street, there were many stories of them having fun in the field behind their house. Her laugh was heard through the whole room and she was always joking and finding the best in life with her gratitude.
In her younger years she enjoyed going horse back riding and spending time with family. She loved the sunny weather and playing with all of her siblings. I always remember her taking about how elegant her mother was and how much she looked up to her.
In her late teenage years she met Raymond and they were inseparable since. They were best friends, companions and partners in crime for a little bit. Going to plenty of concerts including Steppen wolf and the beach boys, hockey games and camping while listening to his guitar.
They had three beautiful girls who they were so proud of April, Angeline and Cass. Sandra and Raymond were well known at all the Rec soccer games and basketball games and their girls were unstoppable.
Sandra instilled a strong love for Jesus in their lives. Taking them to churches in Woburn and participating in Vacation Bible school and helping volunteer and work for their schools in the Library. She was so smart and witty. Always wearing her fanny pack and asking if everyone was okay and guiding anyone she came across.
Our friends were like children of her own, she never judged. Whether someone was gay, black, a Pacific Islander, mentally ill or neurospicy, she loved and accepted everyone for who they were and was a fierce advocate for human rights. She was so easy to talk to and never gave up on people, friends or family.
She will be remembered for the bright overflowing love and life that she brought to this earth. She was truly an earth angel. She cared so much for other people and anyone she met. Her love and hugs are irreplaceable. She is with us all in our hearts and in our souls, and will guide us through these hard times with the warmth of her soul.
