Arthur Sylvester Rubio

Arthur Sylvester Rubio, aged 43, departed this life peacefully Sunday, October 20, 1991, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Monday, December 1, 1947, in Houston, Texas, to Sylvester Vasquez Rubio and Dora Soto Rubio (later Dora Soto Gallegos). He had one sibling, John Anthony Rubio (1957-2026). He served the country in the Navy during Vietnam. Never married but a selfless uncle to Johnny (b. 1974), John “Tony” (b. 1976), James (b. 1976), Andy (b. 1978), Daniel (b. 1987) and Victor (b. 1988). He will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
