Antonia Jalomo Soto

Antonia Jalomo Soto, aged 86, departed this life peacefully Thursday, July 23, 1981, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Sunday, September 2, 1894, in Mexico, to Hilaria Nieto and Jose Jalomo. A selfless mother to, Paula Soto Morin (1919-2021), Eulalio “Lalo” Jalomo Soto (1921-1993), Dora Soto Gallegos (1924-1997) and Modesta Soto Rojas (1929-2013). She was married to Gil Soto (1883-1953). A proud grandmother to eighteen grandchildren, Jane Morin Santana, Paula Morin Perez (1945-2022), Oralia Morin Ponce, Phillip Morin Jr., Mary Morin Ibarra (deceased), Steve Morin (1940-2013), Joseph Morin (1938-2003), Delia Soto Rodriguez (1944-1998), Gloria Soto Hernandez, Ophelia Soto Gil (b. 1954), Gilbert Soto, Arthur Rubio (1947-1991), John Rubio (1957-2026), Anna Rojas Infante (deceased), Martha Rojas Ochoa (1951-2020), Joe Rojas, Gloria Rojas Harrison (b. 1960) and Terry Rojas Nunez. She will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
