Patricia Ann Duvall
Forever Missed, Always Remembered.
Patricia Duvall, 72, of Hector, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born June 21, 1949, in England, Arkansas, the daughter of Hobert and Nancy Ruth Faile Crouch.
She was preceded in death by her father; Hobert Crouch; brother, Rick Crouch; and sister, Rene Wallace.
She is survived by her mother; son, Billy Chisum (Tami); daughter, Brenda Gumpenberger (Aaron); grandchildren, Jeff Duvall (Jordan), Justin Duvall (Brittany), Jerrod Jackson (Celeste), Jordan Chisum (Jade), Josh Brown, Jacob Chisum, Mikal Behm (Brittany), Mikailah Gumpenberger, Maddie Toll and Drake, and Logan Stickler; and 10 great-grandchildren, Preslee, Sophia, Laiklyn, Jax, Ellie James, Lyric, Hollis, Hampton, Quynton, and Silas; brother, Randy Crouch (Janie); sisters, Dana Wooley, and Jeanie Blackway (Mike); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 9, at Oakland Heights Assembly of God Church in Russellville with Rev. Roy Chisum officiating. Burial is in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Hector under the arrangements of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday evening, at Lemley Funeral.
