Life story

It has been some time since your sudden passing, yet your presence remains in every sunrise over the trails you loved and in every quiet moment. Perry, you were the strength of our family—a loving husband and a proud father.

Your passion for adventure and your steady guidance are missed every single day. While the world feels a little quieter without your laugh, we find comfort in the legacy of kindness, strength, and integrity you left behind. Perry served the Alberta Sheriff's Branch with honor, leading by example and mentoring those he worked with.

To the world, he was a dedicated officer, outdoorsman, and martial artist; to us, he was the man who cherished family above all else. We honor his memory by embracing the great outdoors that he loved so much and by carrying forward the lessons of discipline and devotion he lived by.

Deeply missed, forever loved, and always in our hearts. Rest easy, Perry. Your watch is over, but your light remains.
