Colin Michael Fontcuberta passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the age of 19. He was a native and resident of Metairie, LA.
Beloved son of Keith M. Fontcuberta and Sharon Branley Fontcuberta. Loving brother of Jennifer Fontcuberta Faurie (Larry) and Sarah E. Fontcuberta (Fiancé, Mark Welch). Uncle of Leah Ann Faurie and Logan Faurie. Grandson of Beverly Fontcuberta, the late Donald Fontcuberta, the late William A. Branley, Sr. and the late Aline Songy Branley. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Jenna Slocum, his dog, Snoopie, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Colin’s passion in life was videography, he saw things in a way nobody else could. He was a loving son, brother, boyfriend, uncle, nephew and friend who would always put everyone else before himself. Colin’s goal was to travel the world to capture unforgettable moments. He was also an extremely artistic person, who loved to share his talent with others. Colin’s presence always instantly lit up a room and he will forever be loved and missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3601 Transcontinental Dr., Metairie on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be held in church from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A private inurnment will be held in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. Arrangements by L. A. Muhleisen and Son Funeral Home.
