Tracy Lynn Johnson
Tracy was born to Larry and Dorothy Scoggins in Atlanta, Georgia on May 5th, 1953. She was the eldest of four children. After high school, she moved to New York and New Jersey. Ultimately, she ended up in sunny California. As fate would have it, there was a handsome, eligible bachelor who lived next door. Vincent and Tracy were married for 39 years and raised 5 beautiful children together.
Tracy had a long civil service career, starting as a district representative of Senator Al Alquist, later as the assistant to the Chancellor of West Valley Mission College School District and prior to her retirement, as the executive assistant to the Board of Trustees of West Valley Mission College School District.
Tracy had a green thumb: she especially enjoyed gardening with her grandchildren. She loved to travel, having visited Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hawaii and Europe several times with her children and grandchildren. Tracy was an avid reader. Her favorites included books by Jane Austin, Stephen King, Ann Rice, murder mysteries and science fiction.
