Life story

Emmett was the sweetest, most courageous, and curious little boy in the 9 months he was with us. He loved to play, eat, chase the dogs, and was overall such a happy little guy. His favorite things to eat were potato salad and fruit puffs, although the puffs were more for sharing with the dogs than eating. He loved to share things, especially his half eaten, soggy food, and play in the water and take baths. Before bed every night we would always read a few stories, and he’d listen and smile the whole time. He would always fall right to sleep after a story or two, and getting tucked in with his blanky. In honor of him, we want to share his love for reading with others in our community who share that love. Next time you read a book with your Littles, know Emmett is up there listening too, and smiling away.
