Linda Leigh Cuzzourt
2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
Linda was born on March 17th, 1953 in Savannah Georgia to the late Eva Leigh and Otis Lee Boyd. She grew up in Statesboro Georgia and attended Marvin Pittman High School. She was the class of 1972. From there she moved to Athens Georgia and attended nursing school at Athens technical college. In April of 1980 she married Michael Lee Cuzzourt. In the fall of 1991 they welcomed a baby girl into the world. They moved to Cedartown Georgia in the summer of 1998.
Linda thoroughly enjoyed her career in nursing. She worked for Floyd Medical Center of Rome Georgia for several years before she accepted a position at Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehab. In 2018 at the age of 65 she retired.
Outside of her career, Linda loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed gardening, and drawing/painting. Linda attended Oak Grove Baptist Church where she was an avid member. Above all she enjoyed being a "Mimi" to her only Grandson Eli.
Linda was loved by all, and she is missed everyday.
