Beautiful first child of Cory and Ashley Adamek...
Abigail Mae Adamek
Abigail's legacy was changing the trajectory of The Jameson House, a non-profit that assisted families with pregnancy, infant, and child loss through emotional and financial support.
Abigail Mae Adamek was born sleeping on February 13th, 2014 to Ashley and Cory Adamek of Jordan. She was born with a genetic condition called Multi-Cystic Bilateral Kidney Dysplasia that was incompatible with life. Abigail was born at 27 weeks gestation at Methodist Hospital's Women's Center in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. At 2lbs 6oz and 14" long, she was a perfect angel with lots of dark hair, long fingers, and big feet. She rests at the feet of her Grandma Marlene "Mar" Adamek and near her Grandpa Kevin Adamek at Calvary Cemetery in Jordan. Cory and Ashley have dedicated their lives to supporting families through and following the loss of a child. In Abigail's honor, they have supported families financially, emotionally, and logistically in planning of services.
Abigail was their first child together and has an older sister Leah, and two younger siblings: Hattie and Louie. Her birth was a gift that was highly-anticipated and prayed for. Although she did not get to stay with us on this Earth, her imprint has been profound on everyone that has known her story. We hope that she is watching over us and proud of all we have accomplished in her name. May her days be full of cookies, puppies, and loving hugs from her Grandma Marlene and Grandpa Kevin in Heaven.
