Elaine was such a kind, funny, selfless and loving women and the best cuddler! She was a loving mother to Karen, Alex & Emma. Their partners Martin & Jess, and Husband to Alan for 53 years, the best Nanny to Eliana, Ruby, Isla & Alfie and a sister to Ray and Christine & a Great friend! Loved by all who knew her.
Born and raised in Russel Square, A very proud Londoner and this place was very close to her heart.
West End girl to Westcountry, she moved to Cornwall to raise her family in 1976. Met Alan at 16 in a famous club in London, spent her early years in london as dancer and then moved to Cornwall to raise a family. Those later years were spent working with people with Autisim and learning difficulties.
She loved the smell of lavender, the Sun on her face, Sunsets, Music & Dancing, her purple hydrangeas, collecting beautiful & intresting things, Walks on the beach, her visiting hedgehog friends, watching funny animal video's, West Side Story, Period Dramas, Cadburys chocolate and cream in her coffee!! and she loved her family and the world isn't the same without her in it. She is greatly missed and Loved beyond words. She'll forever be with us in our hearts & memories...
