Dale Allen Lamberson

Dale served in the armed forces. We honor that service here.
Dale was born in Cambridge City Indiana on September 24, 1936 to Fred and Bertha Lamberson. HE had one older brother Arvin Lamberson. Dale attended Lincoln High School in Cambridge City Indiana and then Purdue University in Lafayette Indiana. After graduating from Purdue with his degree in agronomy, Dale volunteered for the draft and served in the army for two years. During this time he was introduced to his future wife Carolyn Lamberson, who was attending Indiana University at the time. Dale and Carolyn dated for 6 years and married August 22, 1964 in Zebulon N.C. Their son Allen was born November 29, 1969. Dale managed Bank of Asheville throughout most of Allen's childhood.
