Devoted brother of Dennis England, Angelica Barajas, Melissa Barajas, Kayla England and Maria Escalera. Brother in law of Stephen Douglas, Dominic Badalamenti, Rosalynn Belton, John Badalamenti and Salvatore Badalamenti. Ismael "Papa" was preceded in death by his sister Tammy England, mother in law Donna Morningstar and both father in laws James Spigner and Dominic Badalamenti. Ismael "Papa" will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
