Alixandra Pauline Wagner
“Have fun, be safe, I love you”
Ally died on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, one day before her 24th birthday.
That morning she was taking Alex, Heather's fiancé, to work in Wales on her way to class at WCTC in Pewaukee. Unfortunately, they never made it. They both died in the car accident that morning. It has changed all of our lives forever.
Her headstone has many layers. The front has a quote of what she would say every time she left the house. In hindsight I'm glad for that, as we told each other we loved you all the time.
On the back are different pictures of her at various times in her short life.
The music is a couple measures of Ode to Joy. One of my favorite songs she played and practiced over and over.
The daisy was one of her favorite flowers and the hummingbirds represent her time with dad at our cottage in northern Wisconsin.
And finally, 'together forever KJG, MLH, APW' refers to her very best friends Kallie Gosh who died in a car accident in 2008, and Mike Harrison who died in 2011. She was devastated by these losses as were many people, and now they are together hanging out like usual.
Below is her obituary.
