I started reflecting upon my past and discovered that the clearest memories were those where failure and success walked a razors edge. I'm not speaking of speculation or gambling but rather where courage preceded action. It's very clear now what moments will be with me years from now. My reach will stretch for these defining moments and though failure will be there to welcome me, I will ultimately smile back as time passes knowing that I had the courage to extend a winters welcome in return. -Eric Rodriguez
