Godly man that loved his family. His hobbies included golf, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids. He was the kind of man that would be the first to help others without needing anything in return. He is truly missed every day. See you on the other side dad . We All Love & Miss YOU!
Ronald Harry Jordan
God can take the ordinary and create the extraordinary.
Ron was a loving husband, dad, brother, and a very special pawpaw to four grandkids who were the pride of his life.
He was born in Alamance County to the late John F. Jordan and the late Eula S. Jordan.
He was the husband of 53 years to Linda Williams Jordan, who survives. He graduated from E. M. Holt in 1960 and attended ACC. He was a very active member of Harvest Hills Church of God. Ron enjoyed being outside, boating and skiing with the grandkids, fishing and playing golf with his buddies.
Survivors include his wife Linda of the home; two sons, Ronald Keith Jordan (wife Candy) and Chad Earl Jordan (wife Tina) of Graham; twin brother, Donald Larry Jordan (wife Phyllis); one sister, Annie Jean Smith; and four grandkids, Kelsey Ann, Samantha Lynette, Alexis Taylor and Hannah Nicole.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mary Sue Mundy.
A memorial service to celebrate Ron's life was conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 at 2 p.m. by Dr. Russell Morris with the family received friends from 12:45 p.m. til 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial followed at Alamance Memorial Park.
