Ones" Billy Was The One That Made Any Situation Feel Lighter With His Sense Of Humour. You Could Always Depend On Billy & Truth Be Told He Was The Kindest Out Of Us All, He Wore His Heart On His Sleeve & His Absence Is Felt By Us All!
