Maria Beverly Ibañez 15 years old, was born in Tulsa, OK on June 18, 2008, to Luis German Ibañez Rueda and Lacy Nicole Ibañez of Broken Arrow, OK.

Beloved Sister to Kristyna Mays (26), Taylor Mays (23), Luis Ibañez (21) and Claudia Ibañez (19) all of Broken Arrow, OK.

Granddaughter to John L. Mays Jr. of Broken Arrow and Catarino Ibañez & Maria de Los Angeles Rueda of Monterrey, Mexico

Niece to John L. Mays III (Sheila Mays), Vicky Ibañez (Emiliano Aguilar), Claudia Ibañez (Dennis Orozco) y Martin Ibañez (Maribel Martinez)

Maria was preceded in death by her Grandma Beverly Mays, Mom Mom Pat Mays & her Uncle Johnny (John L Mays III)

Maria was very loved and will be missed by many, many cousins, other family members & so many friends.

Maria was the youngest of five siblings. As she grew, she discovered many things in life that brought her joy. Singing, dancing, swimming and playing soccer. She was an exceptional athlete and a beloved team mate among her peers, excelling at soccer from an early age. Maria always lit up a room anywhere she went, with her spirit & smile. Maria’s smile and her ability to bring laughter to any situation will be missed by all that knew her. She touched so many lives without even knowing that she meant so much to so many people.

Even though this was such a tragic event, she was still able to touch & save multiple lives through the means of donation of her organs and tissue.

“If ever there comes a day where we can’t be together, keep me in your heart. I’ll stay there forever.”
