Keaton Orlan Smith
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” 🖤❤️ #carelikekeat
Keaton Orlan Smith was born on January 4th 2000. Keaton was so full of life and love, he cared deeply for his family and friends. He always saw the best in others and wanted the best for everyone. He lived by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. He was the most caring, kind and genuine young man. He gave the best hugs and always made you feel loved when you were around him.
He loved drinking Coke.. most specifically glass bottled Coke. He loved hamburgers.. his favorite was a Big Mac from McDonalds and Five Guys Burgers and Fries… he always ate so incredibly slow because he always had SO much to say. He had a love for music and dancing. He found joy in sharing his favorite songs & latest song finds with anyone that would stop and listen.
In the last few months of his life he developed a close relationship to our Savior, Jesus Christ. He referred to him as his "brother" and "friend" he always took the opportunity to share his truths and his love for his Savior.
Keaton was taken from us too soon at the age of seventeen years old. He was involved in a car accident. The injuries he sustained were significant enough for surgery. Despite all the efforts of the medical professionals his body was unable to recover. He was surrounded by his loving family as he took his last breaths on November 24 2017. Keaton is incredibly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is forever in our hearts.
We continue to remember him by listening to his favorite songs, drinking glass bottled coke, eating hamburgers, peanut butter twix, reeses stix and spending time together sharing our favorite memories of him. We use the hash tags #carelikekeat and #bbk35 to remember him.
We hope that this profile shows you a glimpse of the wonderful person Keaton is. 🫶🏽
