“Our memories build a special bridge when loved ones have to part,
to help us feel we're with them still and sooth a grieving heart.
Our memories span the years we shared, preserving ties that bind,
they build a special bridge of love and bring us peace of mind.
-Emily Matthews
Life story
In memory of the late Mr. Vince, we've created this space where loved ones can come together to pay tribute to his life, share cherished memories, and celebrate the lasting impact of an exceptional individual.
If you have any videos or photos you wish to upload, please send them over to info@farmingtonfuneralhome.net, and our team will take care of adding them for you.
People will often say they “lost” someone when they die. It’s our way of softening the uncomfortable conversation of a loved one’s death. True be told, it is the living who are lost. For 3 years I’ve felt lost and have not come to peace that you’re not here. There are so many talks and memories we have lost in that time. I know you’re in heaven and one day we’ll catch up on those lost moments. I love you, pop.
We would always say to each other "Love you More" and what we were truly saying to each other was that through any and everything we would still love each other more, not that I would love him more than he loved me, or he would love me more than i loved him. But it meant that through bad days, disagreements, and heartaches of loss, or the distance between us no obstacle could come between our love.
