In loving memory of
Raymond Andrew Dunbar - Mr
Hockey super fan and dedicated family man! Loved and missed by all 💕 “Till we meet again, daddy Ray”
Ray was truly one of a kind. A man of few words, but known for his witty comments and keen sense of humour.
He had an obsession for hockey like no other— and loved to share it with anyone (whether they wanted to hear it or not), especially his love for the Montreal Canadians. He could tell you any fact or statistic, and would frequently rewatch old games he had taped.
However, he loved his family more than anything, and was happiest when spending time with loved ones.
Ray met the love of his life, Jean. They were married July 20, 1984 and 3 years later welcomed a daughter Raelyn, their pride and joy. Ray and Jean spent 42 years creating memories together.
Growing up on the Queensline with his 12 brothers and sisters, you could find Ray working the farm, playing hockey or ball and getting into as much trouble as possible!
Although Ray is no longer with us, we see and feel him everyday. Whether it’s seeing deer or cardinal or hearing one of his favourite songs and singing along like he would have.
