Richard Anthony Herman Jr was born November 3, 1995 in Banning California. He was the oldest of 6 kids. He grew up in 2 homes and would switch every other week . With his dad he had his step mom Amber his sister Kayliana, who would go back and forth with him, his sisters Kimberly and youngest one Felicity. At his moms he had his step-dad Jared sister Alicia and brother Levi.
Growing up he was full of energy and curiosity and always wanting to help everyone. His best friend was Anthony "Annie" Gould they were inseparable. They were like brothers. In high school he excelled in everything he was so smart and even went to live on campus at RCC one summer. He graduated High School in 2014.
After graduation he started working in construction with his step dad Jared and Tommy. He got himself a car, always liked to work on it and would go to car meets with his friends. He was always willing to help anyone with anything. He was such a loving young man, a great big brother and a wonderful son.
I think I speak for everyone when I say we were lucky to know Little Ricky and he’ll be greatly missed by everyone he touched.
