Katie Alexis Dodsworth

Katie was born on 17th March 2007. She was born with a rare condition, Aicardi syndrome which came with a lot of additional needs. She lived with her nana and grandad from 2 years old. She radiated pure love and touched the hearts and lives of everyone who was blessed to know her. She was a true warrior princess, with the heart of a lion, she never made a fuss, she was non verbal but she communicated through sounds and facial expressions. She went through so much in her short life, and she taught us all to be grateful for the smallest things we take for granted. She had a close bond with her aunties and cousins and she was loved more then life itself. She passed away suddenly on the morning of December 28th 2021 aged just 14 years and although it ripped our hearts to pieces we, her family know that we were so very blessed to have had her in our lives. She was the most beautiful precious child and she'll be loved and missed for the rest of our days on earth until we're back together with her again.
