

Brian Anthony Joseph Frey - Mr

Brian Anthony Joseph Frey was born on June 11, 1946. Brian was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Anne Frey; his brother, Gordon Frey, and survived by his brother Marvyn Frey. Brian lived in weyburn his whole life. He completed grade 10 before entering the work force. Brian showed immeasurable skill in building, baking, parenting, and in many other areas.
On June 29th 1968, Brian marked the love of his life, Delores Frey. Soon after they had two beautiful girls. Lynnette Richards born July 27th 1971, and Shannon Verhelst born July 1st 1972.
In 1974 Brian began his life Long career at Co-op grocery store, as the lead baker. Brian was a hard working and loved what he did. He worked so hard in fact that he worked for an entire year, with a broken back.
During these years the family worked very hard, travelled, camped, and had many memories that will always be cherished.
In Brian’s younger days he loved to water ski, bowling, going out dancing with Delores, camping, and as always working hard. In his golden years he took on making his own moonshine, growing and rolling his own tobacco, growing his garden, camping with his friends from the good Sams’s club, building anything his grandchildren asked for, keeping his home and property in tip top shape, walking his furry friend crash, and spending time with his family.
Brian was a fixer, and always kept himself busy fixing or improving all thing. He could fix anything. It may not have always been pretty, but you can guarantee once he fixed something, it would never fall apart or brake again.
Brian has five loving grandchildren. Tessa Verhelst, Emily Richards, Alex Richards, Logan Verhelst, and Brandon Verhelst
He also had four great grandchildren. Gracy Verhelst, Katy Verhelst, Silas Verhelst, and Cassy Gall.
On July 31st 2020 Brian lost his short battle to cancer.
Brian is thought of often by his friends and family, and will never be forgotten.
