To Adalyn🩷
Sweet Adalyn, Nothing can describe how much you and your parents have changed my life. From the moment your mom FaceTimed me with a positive pregnancy test, I knew you were going to be so special to me! Your Cousin Nina and I went to so many appointments with your mom to see you! After we got your diagnosis, going to those appointments became very sacred for me. I would watch every move you made in your mommy's belly and watched your heart beat. I studied all of your organs to make sure you were safe and to see how God was healing you! The day I met you in the hospital was a week after I had your bestie, Nathaniel! Nanny was in a diaper and all, tremendously excited to meet you! Holding you in my arms was proof that God answers prayers on his own time! I helped mom and dad feed you and bathe you and make sure Wrenny didn't jump all over you! You made the sweetest little cries and just wanted to be held all the time! I've never seen someone so precious before! The day you returned to Jesus' arms was bittersweet. You were fully healed and in the safest place you could be. But you weren't here anymore. I never thought I could miss someone so much. My heart aches for your parents and all they've gone through but I know God chose them for a reason, I'm watching that reason unfold and I'm immensely proud of them and love them so much! They've given me the Honor of being your Godmother! I'll cherish that forever! I love you sweet girl! Forever and always! Love Nanny!
