Curtis Eugene Lacey

Eugene was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He loved to cut up and have a good time with everyone that crossed his path. Eugene loved to spend time with his loved ones, making memories. One of his favorite hobbies to do with grandchildren was playing cards. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his free time. His garden was always spectacular and he loved to give veggies to those around him, freshly picked from his very own garden. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand when anyone was in need. He’d be quick to tell you how he felt about something, being sure not to sugar coat a thing. Which we all appreciated his honest and blunt sense of humor. Papaw Lacey, you are missed and loved beyond measure. Your legacy will live within us until the end of time.
