Life story
DeeAnna Lynn Summers was born on December 7th, 1994, in Charleston WV and her life was tragically ended on February 29th, 2024, at the age of 29.
DeeAnna was one of a kind. The love for her family and friends was a love and bond like no other. She had a beautiful soul, and you were truly blessed to have her in your life. She touched the heart and soul of everyone she met. From her beautiful face and amazing smile down to her little bitty feet you just had to love her. She was that special. Her heart and soul were filled with nothing but love and kindness.
Sadly, DeeAnna leaves behind two beautiful baby boys: Jordan Charles-Navarie and Jamir Jonathan Young. She loved her boys more than life itself and would protect them at any cost. DeeAnna was employed by the Postal Service and worked extremely hard to support the boys. You cannot put into words the love she has for these boys.
We all lost a part of ourselves when DeeAnna left us. A part that cannot be replaced nor can it be filled by anyone else. On February 29th, 2024, the world got darker, but the sky got A LOT brighter.
DeeAnna is survived by her two sons Jordan Charles-Navarie and Jamir Jonathan Young and their father Ricky Young, her Fiance, mother Dorothy (Mike Harris) Summers of Charlotte NC, grandmothers: Dianna Mitchell of Marmet WV and Phyllis Summers of Cabin Creek WV, godmother: Angel Mitchell of Marmet WV, sisters: Nikole Summers of Charlotte NC, Bethany (Douglas Swiger) Mitchell of Marmet WV and Shaqela Medley of Macon GA, brother: Christopher Summers (Bekka Heading) of Cabin Creek WV, nephews Bobby Joe Mitchell of Marmet WV and Devon Haynes of Macon GA. Nieces Nyla and Iyana Steele of Macon GA, uncles Charles Mitchell Jr. and Jeremy Mitchell both of Marmet WV, lifelong friend and sister by choice: Chelsea Henderson and best friend: Dalton Landers, along with cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by grandfathers: Charles Mitchell Sr. of Marmet WV and Kenneth Summers of Cabin Creek WV and uncles: Kenny and Davey Summers both of Cabin Creek WV.
