Happy Birthday, Old Man.
Happy would be 71st birthday, Dad. I miss you more than I ever thought possible. All my life I said losing Granny is gonna be hell for me. Then I lost you and my world shattered. I never knew so much pain could manifest over one moment in life. I didn't understand what losing you would do to me. Here I stand 3 years later staring at your grave and the pain is as strong and as crippling as the day you took your last breathe. You were always there when I needed you and now I have no one to turn to. Granny used to say time heals all wounds but time has only made this wound deeper. I miss you, Dad.
Happy Father's Day
