Thank you Frankie!

Frankie, I miss holding your hand. I miss your soothing voice, your strong hugs. I miss our long drives to anywhere and everywhere. I miss you holding my hand in the car. I miss sleeping with you at night and me rubbing my foot against your leg. I miss making your coffee in the morning or better yet, you making MY coffee in the morning. I miss sitting next to one another on the couch and watching tv. Or having you lay in my lap while we both watch tv. Forty three years of marriage and we ALWAYS sat next to one another to watch tv in the evenings. I miss your deep laugh. I didn’t thank you enough for cleaning up the kitchen whenever I made us dinner. You always thanked ME for making a good dinner. I miss vour comforting words and cuddling on those days I had the "funny feeling Sundays". I really miss calling you each time I was on a trip to hear your reassuring voice - you always made me feel better. I miss your clever stories and musings about our times and mishaps together. I should say MY mishaps. Thank you Frankie for your bravery. For being strong. For never complaining no matter what surgeries you faced or what kind of pain you had. You NEVER EVER complained - EVER! Quite admirable of you. Thank you Frankie for gifting me our beautiful daughter. And thank you for helping me and Amber. That was the best gift of all. I love you Frankie! Till we meet again. Janet
