Frank Willis III
Untill We Meet Again
Sometimes in life there are losses.
Losses that are so profound and devastating that they are nearly impossible to come back from.
Losing Frank was the ultimate loss for our family.
Frank was born in Tulsa, OK on Monday, November 21, 1966, and died in Oklahoma City, OK on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, while in a coma in the Covid unit of a hospital with his wife and two sons by his side.
We will never forget that day in August, the day we said our last goodbye.
We weren’t ready to say goodbye.
We weren’t ready for him to leave us.
Frank was 54 years old when he died. He spent 19,987 days on this earth.
To some people that might be a lot, but to us we just feel cheated.
Cheated out of every good and wonderful thing that was to come after that awful day in August.
If it were possible, we would give anything for just one more day, one more minute, to have this beautiful man here with us again.
Why Frank died will always be an unanswerable question.
I think we will ask God why for the rest of our lives, and never come to understand it.
Some things are just too hard to understand.
If love could have saved Frank, he would have lived forever. He was loved by so many people and is missed by even more.
This online tribute is our way of keeping Frank's memory alive. When you visit or add your own photos, you are helping us remember Frank, too.
We can’t wait to see him on the other side. We have a lot to tell him about.
Untill we meet again...
Forever in our hearts,
Frank's wife and sons
