Graduated from Murray State University and Vanderbilt Medical School.
Beloved ophthalmologist and surgeon in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Left behind wife of 34 years Marjorie W. Terhune and 5 children (Brad, Kirk, Rusty, Ginger and Jill)
