Life story

JJ

Everyone who knows him knows his smile is lights up a room.

JJ learned mechanical skills from his dad hanging out in the garage and working on anything with an engine since he was a toddler. His dad taught him a passion for mechanics and fixing anything he put his hands on.

JJ got his drive for being successful and his passion for always improving himself from his mom.

His parents separated at an early age but this gave him two homes full of people to love him giving Him and his sister addison two step brothers and two step sisters

All 4 of his parents showed him how to be faithful to his friends and how to love with his huge heart.

JJs grandparents also helped shape him into the man he became. Pawpaw Gary passed last year but he still has his nana gloria and his moms parents Papaw Tony and Mawmaw Sonja. They all spent time with him as he grew up

Tony and sonja made sure he went to church with them when he was young and built a foundation of the love of Christ in his life.

Even as a young adult he still made time for his grand parents. He had a strong passion for family and friends

JJs friends have all said how knowing JJ has changed their lives. They have learned how to forgive and move on, make the best of life, and always be positive. The stories and memories shared online have all told his story as a friend any one would love to have and they are all better for knowing him.

JJ never knew a stranger. He would walk to anybody and just start talking to them. He had a solid handshake and would look you straight in the eyes when he shook your hand. He would go out of his way to help anyone who needed it. Even people he doesnt know. If someone needed help he would jump in.

JJ always wanted to learn about everything. He would ask questions about everything until he figured out. He was always interested in new opportunities to improve himself. He would always make the person he was talking to feel like he was fully engaged in what they were talking about.

He went to school for welding and Immediately went to work after graduation. He tried his hand at a few factory jobs until he found a job working with his new boss Drew. This job was perfect for JJ because he was learning and working with new projects all the time. His creative mind was finally being satisfied. He loved this job and his boss loved working with JJ. He shared “you guys raised a hell of a guy made my days better gonna miss him”

JJ had an old soul. He was mature for his age. He had solid goals and new he would reach them. He didnt always know how but never doubted he would have them. He loved with his whole heart and loved life! He never took life for granted, he lived every minute to its fullest.

He loved four wheeling, trucks, motorcycles, dirt bikes, anything with wheels and a motor. He liked rebuilding trucks and getting them muddy.

He had a large group of friends and his “boys” were his life. Always hanging out and taking care of each other
