Life story

To Dad- Happy birthday! Another way we can continue to share Nana & Pops legacy.

Love, Hannah

This is a memorial site for Lee and Dan Hogan. We hope that visitors will scan this heart medallion and take the time to look into the beautiful life that these two shared together. We wanted to share it with others, just as they shared so much of it with us. Lee was the oldest of five daughters of Salvatore "Bibs" and Helen Milano. Lee has four sisters, Barbara, MaryAnn, Carly, and Sally. Daniel was the son of Lawrence and Mary Hogan. He is a brother to his siblings Missy, Larry, and Helen. They had three boys together, Brian, Daniel, and Kevin, and were the most wonderful grandparents to their eight grandchildren; Hannah, Olivia, Darby, Bailey, Danny, Kasey, John, and Jordan. They both passed 2 weeks apart from eachother around Christmas time in 2022. Their love story is so special. They truly lived and loved to the fullest. We hope these memories here give you a look into their wonderful life together.

Lee is held in Dan’s arms in her urn under this beautiful stone. A fitting ending to their true love story is that God called them home together. We miss them everyday. Lee’s heart of gold and Dan’s kind soul will be with us forever.
