Logan James Overvold
"Suicide does not end the chances of life getting worse, suicide eliminates the possibility of it ever getting better." -Kat Calhoun
Logan, my beautiful son, there will never be enough words to capture the weight of our grief or the depth of our love. His passing left us with questions, heartache, and memories that we will hold forever. Some may have seen the struggles he carried, while others were left in complete shock. But all who knew him knew the light he brought into this world.
Logan was a hard worker, fiercely competitive, and someone who would give his all to help anyone, though he rarely allowed himself the same care. Pressure weighed heavily on him, yet his strength, laughter, and spirit never failed to lift those around him.
I can still hear him coming home, his voice ringing through the house as he called out, “MA,” waiting for my reply. He had a way of making every moment feel alive. Logan fiercely loved and protected his brothers, his family, and his friends. In truth, we wish we could have protected him more from the burdens he carried.
He found joy in the outdoors, chasing the thrill of hunting deer and birds, and he cherished time spent with the people he loved most. When Logan was with his family and friends, his smile and presence lit up every room.
We all miss our Loggy beyond measure. He was a son, a brother, a friend, and a gift to all who were blessed to know him.
Rest in peace, Logan “CAT.” Your love will forever live in our hearts.
