Patricia Jean (Pontes) Haviland passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on August 5, 2022. Beloved wife of David A. Haviland. Devoted mother to Michael Haviland of New York, NY and Kathryn (Haviland) (Martin Conroy) of Burlington. Daughter of Margaret (Kelley) Pontes and the late Richard John Pontes of Arlington, formerly of Cambridge. Sister to Valerie Coll (Dennis Coll) of Silver Spring, MD, Regina Pontes of Arlington and the late Richard James Pontes. Cherished "Mimi" to Vivian, Marty, Jr., Liam and Luke. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and former colleagues at Harvard Business School, where Patty dedicated herself to a career that spanned nearly 40 years.
