Richard Arlin Hartman, 72, of Mount Carroll passed away October 15, 2021. Born February 4, 1949 in Freeport, the son of Marvin and Ellen (Lamoreux) Hartman.

Survivors include children, Shannon (Philip) Case, Rachel (Timothy) Honquest, Anthony Burkholder, Daisha (Klint) Brazzel; grandchildren, Justin (Brandy), Samantha (Tyler), Ella, Levi, Noah, Ashlyn, Morgan; great grandchildren, Sebastian, Adella, Olivia, Liliana, Violet, Khloe, Elijah; brother, Rod (Kari) Hartman; sister, Marva Lee Lodico; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents and granddaughters, Shannon and Kylie.
