That time I lived with Seth and his mom and he gave me a “new toothbrush” to use, that he was also using and then we found out his mom was also using. I think the day we found out we all died a little. Lol but the laughs…. 💕
Seth was probably the smartest person I've ever met. I remember countless attempted conversations that involved me saying "what does that even mean?" Or asking him to explain things more so I could understand. His mind worked fast, it was hard to keep up. I loved those conversations (as confusing as they were) and I learned a lot from him, and I continue to learn from him.
Marci DeyoI agree. I enjoyed our conversations so much but I know there were times when my mind just couldn’t keep up and I’d wander off because I really had no idea what he was talking about. He read so much and retained the information and enjoyed sharing it. I did my best to contribute to the conversation even though his mind was on a different level from mine.

Idk what to title this!
Seth and I always came up with weird stuff. No one will probably get this but we would have sleepovers and just lay there talking in the dark about weird stuff. Like if you close your eyes you can see weird faces and shapes or if you listen to this song, in your head you know every word but if you sing it out loud you dont. I know this makes no sense but if he was here he would say yepp that happened!
It’s obvious that Seth, Tay and I were the closest out of the bunch! We were inseparable for sure. A lot of my memories are of us reenacting shows and movies. Once Seth got that camcorder we were making scary movies in grama and grampas basement on 29th. We would always play Power Rangers! Seth was the white ranger, I was pink and Tay was yellow! However I will never forget the farm house out in the country where we saw the movie Tremors and then went and played out the movie. We played in the creek and came back with leeches! Marci, being scared of everything, would not take them off of us! Miss those days!
One of my favorite memories of Seth, is one that now brings me sadness because it was something that only him and I shared. We talked about it on several occasions after the fact, so I also know it’s one he truly enjoyed.
Picture this, we were last minute fishing at Ellis Park. I will say I don’t even think either of us had our fishing license, but I also don’t recall ever getting a fish either (so is it really breaking the law, lol). Neither one of us has thought to pack chairs, the ground littered with goose poo. We had found a picnic table and my back was hurting after awhile of sitting there so I decided it would feel good to lay on the table and ask Seth to sit on my back. After a few minutes sitting like this someone pulled up next to us to ask us directions. The interaction seemed fine but after they drove off Seth and I realized how silly we might look to others and we laughed so hard we cried. I’ll always cherish this moment I was privileged to share with him
Mom and I were attempting to teach Seth how to play a dice game called Farkle. He was really not paying that much attention but as we were explaining the rules while doing a practice round he just said "ok I think you're just making up rules now!". I laughed so hard! He was so funny without even trying, he truly had a fantastic sense of humor.
When Bellamy was born our family was not so patiently waiting outside of the hospital room. I remember we heard her cry and Seth came out and said "WE HAVE A BABY" and turned around and went back in. We all laughed so hard at his reaction. You could see the awe, happiness and excitement in his eyes.
When Seth and I were little we fought a lot. One of the arguments started when I found out he ate my crackers that apparently I was super excited for, so I decided to throw a remote at his face... It ended up knocking out an adult tooth, which caused him to need a fake one put in. Surprisingly, he was not that mad at me after the fact but he also would bring it up every chance he had.
When Seth and I were young we had a hermit crab, he attempted to feed it chips and it died. I never let him live that one down. We talked about it when we were older and here's what he had to say about it:
"I was trying to give it a slice of the good life. At least it had a good death..."
"I wondered if it was the salt. Then again I also wondered if it was the chips"
